Shipping policy

Turn around time is 21-35 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

All orders ship through USPS. You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your item has shipped and is no longer in our possession. We will not replace items., but will be as helpful as we can to recover your mail. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office if an issue arises. 

All sales are final. Each item is specifically made for your little one therefore we do not accept returns/exchanges/refunds; unless it is a mistake on our end.
If there is a problem/defect with your items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
